Lynn Pawelski

Lynn Pawelski is vice president, Global Regulatory Affairs.

Pawelski joined Baxter in 2018 from Johnson & Johnson, where she most recently served as the worldwide vice president of Regulatory Affairs for Ethicon within Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies. Prior to Ethicon, she had led the Regulatory Affairs department for McNeil Consumer Healthcare for five years and had been a member of the Regulatory Affairs departments within McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Personal Products Company, both Divisions of McNeil-PPC, Inc./ Johnson & Johnson for 10 years. 

Pawelski received her bachelor of arts degree in economics from Northwestern University, and received her MBA in pharmaceutical and chemical studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She also completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School.
