Shirley Xu

Shirley Xu is general manager, Greater China.

Xu joined Baxter in 1993 as a sales manager and has held roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing. She has served in her current leadership role since 2016.

Xu received her bachelor’s degree of medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, received an EMBA from China Europe International Business School, and graduated from an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
